Our award-winning wine list provides the perfect complement to your meal, and renowned winemakers join us throughout the year for wine dinners and special events.

PlumpJack's executive chef, Nick Moresi, is a second-generation Italian American, born and raised in the Bay Area. He comes from a long line of chefs, and his grandfather owned a restaurant in the famous North Beach of San Francisco. Nick has been a part of the PlumpJack family for over 16 years. After many years as sous chef, Nick stepped into the executive chef position. He has been cooking for over 20 years and brings a creative cultural approach to all his dishes. Inspired by the outdoors, when Nick isn't whipping up delicious pastas and decadent entrees, you can find him out in the mountains, enjoying the Tahoe lifestyle. Nick graduated with a degree in photography from Montana State University in Bozeman. His eye for detail is translated into his culinary masterpieces.
